I think that we all know that people do change and they change often. When we look back on our lives, we can see that we were children once and certainly very different from the people we are today. Living in this fast paced world, we spend hours of our day under the pressure of work, family and friends as well as everyone else out there. We eventually grow tired of ourselves and want to change for the better.
This is a common thing in life because we all want to be happy and to be happy we must work hard to achieve that goal. However, we often find ourselves tired of ourselves and want to become someone new and better than what we were before. It’s unfortunate because once you achieve something great and you become an adult you will always feel like something is missing from your life because you feel you have nothing better to do or anything more important to do.
People change for a reason, though. They will change towards a more positive self only if they believe they can become a better version of themselves. They need to love themselves first before they can love others.
